Refund and Return Policy

Our goal at DIMRAJ Traders is to ensure your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act of 2019 (India) and best practices from major international e-commerce platforms.

1. General Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: You can initiate a return within 15 days of the product’s delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation is required to process any return.
  • Change of Mind: We accept returns of “change of mind” or “buyer’s remorse” within the 15-days window, provided the products meets the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Spiritual & Religious Products: Items such as incense, prayer beads, or used ritual objects.
  • Ayurvedic & Herbal Products: Consumable goods, supplements, or personal care items with a broken seal.
  • Lingerie & Innerwear (Part of the Fashion & Apparel category).
  • Baby & Kids items, such as opened diapers or personal care products.
  • Books: Unless they are incorrect or damaged.
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on its product page.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product, its original packaging, and the shipping label.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a free return pickup and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to ceo@dimrajtraders.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You can also use the contact form on our website.

2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return.

3. Pack the item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and a copy of the invoice. Write the RMA number clearly on the return package.

4. Ship the Item: Depending on the reason for the return, we will either arrange for a courier pickup or provide you with a shipping address for you to send the package.

Note on the Shipping:

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
